The largest full-service Northern Wisconsin real estate company, COLDWELL BANKER®, Mulleady Inc., REALTORS® was founded in 1983 by Jim & Maxine Mulleady. Our first location was a small office located on Highway 70 West in Minocqua. The office was independent then and boasted a staff of four people. The Company set a goal to become the #1 office in the Minocqua area. The Company chose to affiliate with COLDWELL BANKER® System in 1984. The Coldwell Banker name added strong national awareness to a growing local staff of professionals. In 1988, the Company purchased a larger facility located just south of the Minocqua bridge on Highway 51. The Northern Wisconsin real estate firm occupied the ground floor of the historic building while a local contractor leased the upper floor. The Company quickly grew and has occupied the entire building and has added on a few times since then. In 1990, the Company had ten sales associates and closed business of $10 Million Dollars. That year, a branch office was opened in Eagle River in the former Credit Union building. As business grew and more Associates came on board, the need for an all-new facility became apparent. In November of 1992, the beautiful new Eagle River Office was opened on Highway 70 West. The Eagle River Office has become the #1 sales office in the Eagle River area.
